*ALL units must be dropped off 48 hours prior to appointment to ensure wig is customized for scheduled appointment. *If Wig is not brought appointment is subject to cancellation based upon availability and/or *extra fee* may apply. *Hair must be washed and blow dryed or wash and dry service can be added for an *additional fee* during booking. *To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. *Late fees or cancellation may apply after 15mins. *No refunds on units or services provided unless stylist is at fault with reasoning. *NO KIDS or extra guest (friends,family)
