To cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late fees or cancellation may apply after 15mins. No refunds on units or services provided unless stylist is at fault with reasoning. NO kids or extra guest (friends,family) Retainer Fee - This is a form of deposit required and paid directly through site in order to confirm booking. No approval necessary. Retainer fee is nonrefundable and can be transferred to another apt within 10 days.
